Payment Terms: 

1. All products featured on MyHoodoo.com.my are quoted and traded in Ringgit Malaysia Only.
2. All orders need to be pre-paid in full at the time of the order.

Returns & Claims

1. All claims and returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is not reimbursable. If order is returned, shipping charges for the order will be deducted from the credit. Shipment charges please refer to Here
2. In order to assure your claims intention, we will need you to verify your intention by call us at 6012-3860246 or fill-up the Returns Request forms. We will need to verify and approve your Returns Request via email before you can send your goods to us.
